Face Covering

Quest Laboratory Patient Services have released new safety measures that they have implemented.

Quest Lab has officially implemented mask/face covering requirements for patients/donors effective today at all Patient Service Centers. Signs are posted on the entry doors to PSCs, on the web and it will be online on the appointment scheduler .  It can be as simple as a bandana, handmade mask, scarf, etc. Please advise your employees/donors accordingly.

Due to inventory limitations, Patient Services cannot supply masks to patients/donors who present without them. They will be graciously instructing them that it is a requirement.

In addition, they will be performing no-contact forehead temperature checks as well.

They will turn away any patient/donor that has a temp over 100.3.
